1. Nature of the service

Product Autopsy AI provides strategic analysis of digital products. The service is not legal, tax, financial, specialized technical or investment advice, and does not guarantee commercial results.

2. Plans

• Express Autopsy: short diagnosis and recommended actions.
• Full Autopsy: full report about product, offer, website, audience and conversion.
• Premium Autopsy + Market: deep diagnosis, strategic market study and 30-day action plan.

3. Required information

The customer must provide enough information about the product, URL, context, audience, main problem, available metrics and analysis goal.

4. Deliverables

The main deliverable is a digital report. The format may be PDF, text document, Markdown, structured email or private link, depending on the case.

5. Estimated timing

• Express: 48-72 hours after receiving sufficient information.
• Full: 3-5 business days.
• Premium + Market: 5-10 business days.

6. Payments

In the initial phase, the payment method will be agreed by email before starting. Work will not begin until scope, price and customer acceptance are confirmed.

7. Changes and clarifications

The customer may request reasonable clarifications about the report. Unlimited revisions, product redesign, technical implementation or marketing campaigns are not included unless separately agreed.

8. Confidentiality

Project information will be treated with discretion. Real data, screenshots, metrics or case studies will not be published without explicit permission from the customer.

9. No guarantee of results

Recommendations do not guarantee sales, traffic, downloads, funding, investment, conversion or growth. The customer is responsible for deciding whether or not to apply the recommendations.

10. Cancellation

If work has not started, cancellation may be agreed between the parties. If analysis has already started, the status of the work performed will be evaluated.
